LAG - Gazprom

Venezuela

This project was developed with Gazprom joint venture in Venezuela. It began in 2015 and ends in the same year. The project required 15,500 sucker rods with services support during the installation and testing on site.

SuKarne

Mexico

This Project took place in Mexicali, Baja California for execution of coating supply through "Ienova" who was the winner contractor to perform the project, using ULS Corporate Inc's coating in its line UPC-2888 R.G.

PMA, PDVSA

Venezuela

We worked together with PDVSA testing center in order to develop a special coating that can be applied on the pipeline that transport extra-heavy oil at high temperature. The project required 100,000 liters of specialty coating material primarily for pipeline at a high temperature. The project began in 2015 and finished in 2016. We are looking forward in working together in future projects and keep providing solutions to their needs.

MYM, PDVSA

Venezuela

This project was developed with PDVSA for the refinery mayor maintenance project in 2015. The project required 4 heat exchangers with services support during the installation and commissioning.

San Tome, PDVSA

Venezuela

This project was developed with PDVSA and took place between 2012 and 2013. The project required 14,000 casings with services support during the installation and testing on site.

BAR, PDVSA

Venezuela

This project required Ball, Check, and Gate Valves, RF, STR, THR, ¾, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 IN, Class 125, 150, 300, 600, 800, 900, 1500, & 3000, drive lever, gear, and Handwheel for a total of 3,800 valves. The project began in 2013 and finished in 2014.

Caubrutica, Total-Statoil

Venezuela

This project was developed with Total-Statoil joint venture in Venezuela. It began in 2012 and ends in the same year. The project required 600 sheets shape rectangular, surface smooth finish, material carbon steel, color natural, material standard and grade ASTM a 36.

Trade Shows

Today the Canadian company "TransCanada" has declared the acquisition of a contract  for the amounf of  US $ 400 millions to "build, own and operate" the Mexican's gas pipeline "Mazatlan".

 

The pipeline will run the 413 kilometres  that are dividing "El Oro" from “Mazatlan” in Sinaloa; and, it is going to connect with the gas pipeline "Topolobampo" which is also going to be constructed by this North-American company.

 

The pipeline Mazatlan will have 24" inches in diameter and a transportation capacity of 202 million cubic feet per day when the construction will be finish by the last quater of 2016.

 

The Italian Contractor Bonatti, will be in charge of the pipe-laying process, welding and line coating. The coating accepted by the Transnational for this process is UPC-2888 R.G, giving the expected results for the compliance of the specifications and requirements of the project.

 

The gas pipeline with a lenght of 291.7 km and 42 inches in diameter, will have a total capacity of 1.420 million cubic feet per day (MMPCD) and will be completed in the second quarter of 2016.

 

The subcontractors to perform these jobs were:"Ica Flúor", "Grupo Cocomex"and "Bonatti";  through ULS Corporate Inc 's Supply Coatings, in its line UPC; having as a main product, the UPC-2888 (In different varieties) for the gas pipeline field.
